CGE offers a full complement of import services, beginning with contacting your supplier offshore, arranging either air or ocean transportation to the United States, managing customs clearance, and finally delivery to your facility anywhere in the United States. Do you offer Ocean Forwarding? Yes! CGE will meet your ocean transportation needs, whether they involve import or export, LCL or FCL. Do you have your own aircrafts? CGE is not limited by use of a small proprietary fleet. Instead, we use the worldwide fleets of the globe's major passenger and cargo airlines. This gives us, and you, literally thousands of options to meet your freight movement needs. How does your Global Service Center help me? The Global Service Center (GSC) is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The GSC is more than just an information center. Of course they can tell you where your shipment is and when it will be delivered. Of course they can tell you about our services. Above all, they are an operations center, ready to meet your needs, no matter where or when. They can arrange that pickup in Boston or they monitor that urgent delivery when your facility is open at 2AM, waiting for it. Do you have your own offices around the world?
